Shipping Policy
How long does it take to receive my product?
Typically, it takes about 2-5 business days for our products to be produced and sent out. Once shipped, We will deliver continental US orders in 8-12 business days. Shipping is currently available only to US, CA , DE, AU and other 35+ countries address as of the moment and delivery time is around 6-12 working days.
Please note that during the holidays our production time may vary.
Can I change the destination country of my order?
After your order has been sent out, you may not change your shipping address.
How long will it be shipped when I finished the payment?
About 2-5 business days to handcraft then will send it to you. And we provide DHL . It will take about 8-12 business days for Standard Shipping and 5-8 business days for Express Shipping.
How much is shipping?
We provide Free Shipping over $49.
You can choose the delivery method during checkout:
Express Shipping: $15.99 - Free Over $150.00 Delivery usually takes 5-8 business days
Standard Shipping: $6.99 - Free Over $49.00 Delivery usually takes 8-12 business days
DHL Shipping:29.99 Delivery usually takes 3-7 business days
How will I know my order has shipped?
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is ready to ship. Please note that orders may take up to 2-4 business days to process before they are shipped due to customized work involved.
Please keep in mind delivery dates may change due to inclement weather conditions or holiday.
Do you ship internationally?
Shipping is currently available only to US, CA and other 40+ countries address as of the moment. All destination can be found upon checkout. If you are not sure whether we could ship to your country, please send inquiry to our customer service team at support@belelalife.com.
Important Information
While we do offer mockup/ preview's on our orders please note that if any changes are required, this may increase the time of delivery.
We are unable to ship to Military addresses. If you provide a military address while checking out, we will email you to obtain a new shipping address. Your order will be postponed until a new address can be received.

Lost package?
For issues with delivery or tracking, the easiest and fastest way to get a resolution is to reach out directly to the shipping company. Sometimes carriers will prematurely mark shipments as “delivered”, or need additional information from you to complete the delivery.

Estimated shipping time frames are calculated based on average shipping times. The timeline estimates are based on business days and do not include weekends and holidays. If your order has not arrived within the estimated shipping time, or you have additional questions regarding shipping, please contact support@belelalife.com.
Please be aware, our expected delivery times are an expected date, not a guaranteed date. As our jewelry is made to order, things do sometimes happen where a piece becomes damaged during the process and it has to be re-made. If something like this does occur, you will be updated by email with a new estimated delivery date.
